Terms & Conditions.

The Ivory Edit, Bretby, Derbyshire.

In ordering, a deposit of 50% of the full purchase price is required in respect of all gowns and accessories and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance

  1. All purchases of ‘sample/off the peg’ items are non-refundable, non-returnable and sold as seen. Sample dresses must be paid in full

  2. Goods ordered cannot be exchanged and money will not be refunded or transferred to other orders. Ownership of goods will remain with Ivory White Bridal Ltd until full payment has been received

  3. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival of your dress/purchase at Ivory White within 14 days of receipt of your dress. Failure to pay a balance will result in court action being taken against you and you will be liable for all costs in this as well as interest charged. After 14 days if failure to pay there will be a late payments fee of £10 per day until payment is recieved

  4. Orders must be collected within 14 days of the order arriving in store unless otherwise agreed, late collections may incur a storage fee

  5. Once measurements and sizing have been taken and signed for by the customers initial order, Ivory White Bridal Ltd will not be held responsible for any weight loss or gain

  6. The seller agrees to provide the customer advice and guidance in the choice of design, size, colour and measurement of gowns and accessories. However, the customer shall decide such matters and the seller accepts not responsibility for the choice made nor for any problems which result from any change in the customers instructions or due to the customers increase or decrease in weight or size subsequently to the date of the order

  7. Ivory White Bridal Ltd purchase only from reputable designers and whilst every effort is made to ensure swatches for colour are accurate there may be slight variations in shade which is out of our control and for which Ivory White Bridal Ltd are not responsible for

  8. Ivory White Bridal Ltd will measure the bride and advise on the size to be ordered from experience. All measurements will be under taken by Ivory White and must be witnessed and counter signed by the bride or a witness of their choosing

  9. The size ordered must be agreed between Ivory White Bridal Ltd and signed for before the order is placed. If the bride is not happy with the sizing they must say so at the time of order. Any discrepancy with sizing after this date will not be entered into and is no way the responsibility of Ivory White Bridal Ltd

  10. All Alterations made to gowns are under the insurance of seamstresses, where by Ivory White Bridal Ltd are not resposible for any changes made there after

  11. If the size suggested by Ivory White Bridal Ltd is not agreed by the bride, then the size suggested must be signed against by both parties and the size requested by the bride must be sign against by the bride. Ivory White Bridal Ltd is not liable if the bride chooses to order a non-suggested size

  12. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all requirement applicable to the contract, whether statutory, regulatory, municipal and / or otherwise how so ever are duly complied with

  13. All orders are made to order, therefore shall there be any unforeseen circumstances regarding your wedding, e.g wedding date moved or cancelled, all purchases are final, not-returnable and non-refundable. Balance payments are still required. Order amendments are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order and deposits are non-refundable

  14. All terms & conditions apply to remote orders, shipping charges apply, and orders/ shipping must be paid in full before orders are dispatched
